​​​​​All items at The Mug Nook are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. During holidays or high‑volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping Times Once your order has been produced, shipping usually takes:

• Domestic orders usually arrive 3–7 business days after production.

• International orders typically arrive in 5-12 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are outside of our control. We do not issue refunds for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
